Welcome to Sacred Suds

Sacred Suds is a faith-based, nonprofit ministry center in McLaughlin Neighborhood that reaches out to neighbors in need. Sacred Suds is a home away from home for neighbors who either have no physical home, need a place for community, or need a "hand-up" as they work towards lives of greater stability. Sacred Suds offers a place for refreshment of the body and spirit.

Our mission is to show Christ's love by promoting human dignity through providing access to shower and laundry facilities and through walking alongside neighbors as they transition to success.

Our vision is for a restored neighborhood, in which all neighbors have identified and have opportunity to use their God-given gifts towards the building and strengthening of their community. We envision a neighborhood where all the assets of our community-the gifts of the residents, of the associations, and of the institutions-are fully utilized, so that our neighborhood becomes more of a picture-or preview!-of heaven.
